History and Services
We started in 1999 and began offering tax consulting services to local small businesses as well as large multi-national companies.
We also developed a niche in setting up ERP accounting and reporting systems inculding customized reporting.
It was a natural move for us to move into SEC reporting from our experience with financial reporting and to expand our tax offering.
We now offer specialists to offer contract services in SEC reporting and corporate tax.
